- In all cases the refund due is based on the full tuition
for the entire course, calculated on a weekly basis,
not on the partial tuition paid by the student. The
refund is calculated from the week that the student
starts classes and also will be calculated from the
day that the student informs us of his/her cancellation
of classes. Having attended even 1 day in any given
week represents 1 full week.
- A refund check will be issued to the order of the
person who made the payment. It will be ready for
pick-up or mail two weeks after the date the refund
was requested. If the payment was made by credit card,
we will credit the amount back to the card within
5 days.
